The terms and conditions have been written exclusively to offer clear and concise information about the sales procedures and conditions, which occur between the customers and Nexo. According to these terms, any individual or company which has made a purchase on www.nexoo.co.uk is certified as a customer.

The terms and conditions are applied to all products sold on www.nexoo.co.uk They are activated the moment a customer places an order.
Usage of the website Nexo, https://www.nexoo.co.uk and any dealings or contracts which are formed, are solely governed by English law.
It is also to be noted that in case of dispute or clash,Nexo would favour an out-of-court settlement.
Accurate and comprehensive specification of all products is available on Nexo. The delivered product is exactly like the one displayed on the website.
All prices displayed on Nexo are in UK Pounds (£). Shipping fees are not included in the price of products. Prices of the products are liable to change. Apart from the occasional typographical errors, all prices are fixed and final.
Delivery rates are provided along with every product. Majority of the products listed on Nexo have no delivery charges or shown on each product. There is no charge for local collection at our store.
When a customer places order with Nexo website, an email is immediately sent to the registered email id of customer.
When the customers fills in product(s) order information while placing an order on the website, it is regarded as digital invoice.
If a customer wants to cancel his/her order and the order has not yet been dispatched, they can perform the desired action by calling us on 01200 444 500 or sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org which include their Order ID number and other details.
If order is dispatched before the customer places cancellation order, they will have to wait to receive the order and then return the product, according to the Warranty policy.
You have to pay return delivery charges if you cancel the order after shipment.
Product availability is displayed alongside every product. If manufacturing or distribution of a product is stopped, the product is removed from the website.
Or it will be shown as out of stock.
If a product is out of stock but displayed on the website, more information about it can be gathered by calling us at 01200 444 500 or sending an email at email@example.com.
If the received order is not in direct compliance with the ordered product (s) or is incomplete, the customer has full right and authority to contact us either via phone or email, disclosing their Order ID and details to get the issue sorted.
If a typographical or any sort of error occurs in the invoice, the customer should immediately contact Nexo and inform about the issue.
As a token of acknowledgement of the parcel, the carrier will require a signature from the customer. Customers are encouraged to check the parcel immediately, in the presence of carrier, to ensure no damage has occurred to it. Should the customer has any reservations regarding the parcel, he/she needs to write the comments on the delivery note.
If no complaints or comments are provided on the delivery note, parcel is deemed to be received in good condition, henceforth, no complaints or claims will be entertained by Nexo regarding the parcel in future.
Standard delivery time for products on Nexo is 1 to 3 days – although majority of the products should be delivered the very next day after order is dispatched.If product is post through royal mail or any other courier we do not control and are not responsible any delay caused by courier company.
If more than three days have passed and the customer has still not received the order, he/she can contact the customer care department of Nexo to open an inquiry about the late delivery of order.
All products which are sold on Nexo have been tested and graded to ensure no dispute occurs. It is highly unlikely that a customer receives a defect/broken product. If such an incident happens with a customer, they are entitled to Nexo warranty which can be availed in the first year of purchase. Used products will be given 28 days of warranty or will be told upon purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing flaws or problems with workmanship. Any faults that appear with time due to customer's usage pattern isn't covered under warranty.
If the fault occurred due to an accident, misuse, exposure to liquid or any other external factor or if you have tampered with the phone or attempted a repair yourself and your action invalidates the warranty.
We offer 30-days Warranty on battery for all devices.
The warranty on the products depends on the condition of the phone.
We offer 1-Year manufacture warranty on all our Brand New Phones.
We offer 90-days seller warranty on all our Refurbished/Pre-owned phones.
As part of our warranty, we offer full refund within the first 14 days followed by 60-days of free repair/replacement provided the phone is received back in the same condition it was dispatched.
We have a 14 Days, No Questions Asked return policy. If the customer desires to return the received product because of any reasons:
He/should do so in the first 14 days of dispatch date
C Contact Nexo and describe the issue with in 14 days that includes weekends and holidays.
K Keeping the warranty status in mind, Return Instructions shall be provided by our Customer Representative via email, buyer should follow those instructions and return the faulty device back. Failure to follow the instructions could result in a delay in the returns procedure.
Y Your warranty will not cover any physically damage or in any way damage such as water damage or goods are not return in same condition as was given apart of this
every thing is cover under the warranty.
Dispatch the product
If the phone is not received in the same condition as it was dispatched, it voids our warranty and so we will charge the customer towards repair and if not interested OR the customer doesn’t contact us within 3 calendar days the phone will be returned back in the same condition as it was received.
If a customer wants to return the received product, it is essential that the product is complete, i..e, no part of the item is missing
Has all of its accessories (data cable, charger, earphones etc.)
Must be returned in the condition it was received
Packed - preferably in its original packing
Once the item(s) have been received and accepted by Nexo, depending upon the request of customer:
He/she is offered a product of equal value
He/she is awarded full refund of the payment within 30 days
At times, due to the nature of the business - mobile phone handing, areas out of our control or heavy work load or back logs, there could be possible delay in having the orders processed and it might take around 3-5 working days.
Having said this, all the customers are updated on their order status at regular intervals and we strive to have all the orders processed as soon as possible within two working days.
