What is an IMEI?
An imei is the unique number given to every device to identify it. It can be found by dialling *#06# on your phone app. It can also be found on sim trays in certain models for when your device doesn’t turn on. Any issues, contact us on live chat or give us a call.
What if my phone has multiple faults?
We will still buy your phone regardless of faults as there still may be some parts we can use from it. You may get more for it than you think!
What if I have booked my device under the wrong model?
We will contact you once we have received your device with a revised price based on the model. If you are not happy with this revised price, you can request us to return the device back to you.
What if I have multiple devices to trade in?
Simply add each device to the basket and checkout once you have added them all in one transaction.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind before sending the device to us, please let us know. If your device is not received within 14 working days, we’ll assume you have changed your mind. If you change your mind once we have received your device, you can request us to return it to you at your expense.
How do I remove my personal data from my device?
Please ensure you sign out of any iCloud or google accounts first and then choose the factory data reset option. If you need help, please contact us via live chat.
What if I forget to remove my personal data from my device before sending it?
We will contact you when we receive your device to try and help you remove your data remotely. If we don’t hear back from you within 5 working days, we may recycle the device and pay a revised price to use the device for parts.
How do I send you my device?
Please make sure you package your device carefully to avoid any damage whilst in transit. We provide a postage label via Royal Mail for you to print at home and attach to your parcel. If you cannot access a printer, let us know and we will arrange for you to be able to go to any uk post office to get a label from there. This service is tracked and insured up to £100.
What if I want to send my device a different way?
No problem at all! If you would like to pay for a different service, just send it to: PO Box 10792 Mansfield NG18 9LE
How will I be paid?
We can pay via PayPal or bank transfer. This is something you decide when completing the order form.
When will I be paid?
For working graded devices, payment will be made within 24-48 hours of us receiving the device. For any faulty graded stock, payment will be made within 3-5 working days when all faults have been identified. In every case, we will endeavour to make payment quicker.
